Can the games be played in English?

Yes. All our games can be played in Croatian or English language, just select your preference during checkout process. Everything (rules, intro story, hints, puzzles) will be in the language of your selection. 🙂

What is an Escape Game?

An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.

Will I be locked in a room?

No. Due to safety precautions, you will never be locked in a room. If you need to, or in a case of emergency you can always leave the room.

Is there an age limit?

You can’t be too old for escape rooms! That’s cool isn’t it? Although, considering difficulty of games, we don’t recommend our games for players under 15. Kids between 7-15 can play if accompanied by an adult, and the little ones under 7 don’t have to pay 😀

Can I play more than one game?

Absolutely! If you’re up for the challenges, go for it! Each game (orientation, room, and debrief) is about an hour and a half so be sure to plan accordingly.

How many people can play?

Each of our rooms is designed to accommodate between 2 to 5 people (some games up to 6). If you have a couple extra, feel free to give us a call and we will see how we can make it happen (split your group in two parallel games)! We suggest the minimum of people to play is 2, because no one likes to play without a friend!

Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?

Absolutely! We can host a variety of different events and parties. From corporate team building activities to birthday parties, family gatherings, and large parties, participating in our escape rooms is a fun group experience. For more information and sweet deals give us a call – +385 99/4563 099

How difficult are the games?

Each game will vary. Every room has a different theme and will accommodate various skill levels and interests.

I didn’t escape on my first visit. May I try the room again?

Of course. But please call 099/4563-099 and/or email so we can evaluate options.

How long does the whole experience take?

You will have up to 75 minutes to escape the room. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time for orientation before the game begins. Plan on spending a few minutes after the game for taking pictures and a short debrief.

Do I need to bring anything?

Besides yourself, you are good to go! All other materials will be provided for you in your quest to escape.

Do I really need to book an appointment or may I just show up to play?

You can always try ccc 😀 It’s really unlikely you’ll find a vacant room without previous reservation. It’s best if you book the game and a time slot that suits you, and if you really want to play right now do give us a call, and check if there are any last minute slots available for you and your team.

How much is it?

The cost depends on number of players; click here to see the price list. All bookings are made via our booking page or over the phone. How do I pay?

All payments are made only in cash, after the game at our front desk.

What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals will not be reimbursed.
